This machine adopts the distinctive design of feeding system vertically so that material can be fed without any effort. When pelletizing, the raw materials are compressed in the space between the roller and die. During the processing, a great force will be created. This force pushes the materials into holes on the ring die which makes the raw material reach a density. Meanwhile the compressing will increase the temperaturein the pelletizing space which can melt lignin in the biomass material to be pressed the pellets.
